The property has the sweetest path leading to a brook that our kids loved to play in while we could watch from the screened porch. The set-up was perfect for our multi-generational family stay with bedrooms and a bathroom on each level, and plenty of space in both the kitchen and living room to all hang out. Easy access to the property off I-93. Nice rustic look and feel inside. Bathrooms on each of the floors. It was so peaceful sitting on the screened-in porch and listening to the babbling brook out back. Fully functional kitchen and comfortable living room space that accommodated many people, with ample parking. Would I stay here again? Yes!!

We had 3 generations of family members from 8 months to 67 years old. There are 3 floors of living space with bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor, very convenient and allowed for separation of smaller family units. The main living room space having a coffee/tea bar with a mini fridge and sink was genius!! Great not having to go down to the kitchen for beverages. The kitchen was a dream to work and eat in! Many of the places we have rented in the past were adequate. James and Nicole tricked out the kitchen just amazingly. We planned for waffles and l forgot my maker but lo and behold there was one in a cupboard. All the drawers and cabinets were labeled and there were plenty of cups/glasses etc so that we weren’t constantly hand washing things to have a drink or eat a snack.

Girls trip of 5 was very wonderful. House is in a good location and very clean. Owner replied immediately to all requests. The house gives you the New England farmhouse experience. My only concern were he amount of steps and step downs in the house for older visitors. We truly enjoyed our stay

This home is set right next to rushing River. It has all the charm of a historic residence with antiques submerged in modern amenities: beautiful kitchen and refurbished bathrooms, plus electrical to support modern TV & Internet needs! Each room is artfully decorated with matching fabrics pillows & Roman shades. House was handicapped Castle for older guests that have difficulty with stairs. We were 8 adults traveling to see the Fall Leaves and this was a “Home” away from home felling. Very spacious accommodations!

I rented a place nearby and we had an unfortunate incident that prevented us from entering the home we rented through Airbnb. Airbnb support helped me locate Jame's place and even though it was late in the day and we had 6 adults and 3 small children, James responded right away and we were able to rent his place at the last minute. He understood we were stranded and graciously let us into his place. The house and grounds are beautiful and close by to many attractions and places to eat. My grandchildren loved playing in the babbling brook and we enjoyed the firepit and watching the lightening bugs at night. Thank you James for accommodating us!

This place was everything and more! Went up for February vacation with the family to go skiing at Waterville. 15 min ride to get to the mountain. Traveling with high schoolers is a bit tricky these days. Lots of space to hangout and with 5 bedrooms no one had to fight for a good bed! TLDR: This place was incredible!! Stay here with your family/large group for an amazing getaway! We were 8 adults and 1 baby (15 mos). We do a leaf peeping trip every year (7 years running) and have stayed in many AirBnBs for our hiking trips. This was by far our favorite, and we’ve stayed at some awesome places! It’s close to one of my favorite hikes: Welch-Dickey loop. We made use of every part of the house: we cooked communal meals and grilled, we hung out in the common room, we walked around the babbling brook and took group pics there, and ended our nights by the fire pit. James anticipated every need a guest could have. He was super accommodating and responsive. You can tell the place is loved and that a lot of thought went into the guest experience. The kitchen is completely stocked. There were big legos and toy cars in the closet of the kids bedroom. We enjoyed the selection of tea and coffee in the breakfast bar area. The place was spotless and is perfect for families.

Our stay at Connor Brook was amazing. We had a group of ten adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. All of the rooms were big and a bathroom on each floor was a good thing to have. We loved the huge kitchen table where we could all sit for our meals. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking. The bathrooms were well stocked as well. Our group especially loved the fire pit in the back of the house. It was nice to hang outside next to the fire. We will be looking this place up again for our next visit.

All 10 of us could sit at the marvelous farm table and eat boisterous meals. The beds were comfortable and 3 bathrooms supported our needs. The kids loved the creek to explore. This AirBnb was a great experience. If you've got a bunch of people you want to spend a few days with, it's perfect. We brought our family and a few friends, and we all had places to sleep and places to meet and interact. The kitchen is gigantic and fun to use (not a cook myself, but those who are told me they loved it). We had several good meals together. There was plenty of parking. Plenty of bathrooms for a group of us to use (so we didn't have to wait for each other to shower or whatever). The screen porch was a great place to hang out and play games or just converse. We had one glitch, but host James was very quick to respond and remedy the problem. There are also things to do nearby - a fire pit out back, a grill, and a small town to visit with lots of opportunities for thrifting. I would definitely recommend this for any large group that wants some quality time together.

What a welcome retreat I found at Connor Brook Farm! A well appointed rental, this place feels like you've been invited into someone's home. A wide array of activities (games, puzzles, tv) and home items (lush linens, coffee, tea, cocoa, and pancake fixings) that leave a guest wanting for nothing, this host has made sure you can focus on fun and relaxing! I am rebooking before it's filled up! A five star stay, for sure!

Loved our stay in this unique home. James paid attention to details that enhanced our stay, including a well stocked kitchen with basic cooking supplies and great utensils and cookware. Basic toiletries were appreciated as well as nice towels and linens. The motion lights on the stairs made them much safer for kids as they navigated the old New England farmhouse. Historic touches and antiques were a bonus. The coffee bar was a great way to start our day and should be in every rental!!

Several restaurants nearby, we ate at the Covered Bridge and enjoyed it very much. Location was perfect for 3 days of ski, 2 days at Waterville and 1 day a Cannon. 20mins to Waterville and about 30 to Cannon. Would definitely stay again.

We drove up to Campton in the middle of a nasty ice storm. The house is 3 minutes off of 93 and was a welcome sight. Entrance access was easy with a smart lock. The house was warm and very comfy. You could tell James made every effort to make our stay exceptional. There were so many extras!! The wet bar with coffee/tea station housed a refrigerator for drinks and ice. The kitchen is well equipped and has a large farm table. The bathrooms are all new and the towels were fluffy. Bedrooms and bedding were also new and cozy. We are already planning our next getaway.

This place was absolutely amazing and perfect for my family and their 3 friends. We are from Pensacola, Florida, and love to ski in New Hampshire. This is our 4th year, and decided to find a bigger place, so my sons could bring friends. There were my husband and I, my 2 sons (15 and 19), and their 3 friends (15, 18, and 19). Each older ones had their own room, and the 2 younger ones shared the room with the trundle. My husband and I were on the middle level by ourselves. On our level we enjoyed the big cozy living room, and the wet bar and coffee station. Each room had the most comfortable beds, brand new linen, and soft comforters. There were blankets throughout the house for extra needs. Each bathroom is beautifully renovated and was stocked with plenty of towels (brand new and soft), and had shampoo, soap, hair dryers, etc. The kitchen was very large, and the table sat all 7 of us, and more, which I loved for dinners and game night (house has a large selection of games). And was fully stocked with everything we needed and more to cook. The back porch was an added bonus to sit outside and watch our boys run around, and then migrate to the firepit area for hours at night (plenty of wood provided). All while listening to the streams in the back yard. It was breathtaking with the snow all around. And the sleds were a big hit too. The owners were always quick to respond to my questions and went above and beyond to make their home "our home" for a week. We will DEFINATELY be back to this beautiful place. I give this place a 10 star. Thank you for a great trip.

I think this is the first review for James and Connorbrook Farm and I can't say enough about what a great experience we had, right down to the gentle snow that fell throughout the evening. The house was cozy, clean, and fully equipped. There was a tremendous attention to detail, the host was very communicative and check in a breeze. It had the quality of a fine NH inn without the innkeepers. Highly recommended!

James’ home was the best Airbnb rental we could’ve asked for. The property was so beautiful, the beds were SO comfortable, and he had all the necessities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover towels, basic kitchen seasonings/ingredients, board games, and more) to make sure his guests feel at home! My group of 10 were ecstatic. Our day started with coffee and waffles in the morning (supplied by a cute coffee station and waffle maker/all the ingredients), followed by skiing 20 minutes away, and returning after a long day to the coziest living room you’ll find. We played card games, had great laughs, and made some great memories. If you’re looking for a comfortable, spacious, rustic, and all in all incredible home for a family/friends trip, or just a weekend home-away-from-home getaway, look no further. Incredible value for all that was supplied for us, especially the personal touches from James. I can’t thank him enough for the great weekend!
